At Unimakers, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner.
Processing Your Order
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 12 - 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.
To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your Unimakers merchandise, please add the shipping times given below to the 12 - 24 hours for order processing period.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We work with most reputed courier companies.
We pack your product with lot of love and care.
- We process your order within 12-24 business hours (excluding Sundays and National holidays), and dispatch it through reputed courier services with tracking facility.
- We ship on all days (except Sundays & National holidays).
- We provide free shipping over Rs. 499 in all over India
- In limited cases the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Delivery may also be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances including (but not limited to) bad weather, holiday celebration, flight delays, political disruptions, and so on. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email.
- A remote location might take more delivery time than that mentioned above.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the order has not been shipped, it will be accepted for cancellation. However, if the order has already been dispatched/shipped, the cancellation will not be approved.
In case of COD orders, the "Unimakers" team to further confirm the order shall contact the customers personally. In case the customer is not contactable despite reasonable amount of attempts via call and email, the order shall be cancelled. In such a situation "Unimakers" shall not be liable to the concerned customer. This measure is taken in order to avoid delivery to spam orders.
In the unlikely circumstance that service requirements cannot be met, "Unimakers" reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation. However, we will ensure communication of cancellation and/or any applicable refund within a reasonable time.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY:
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- You cannot order COD for a product/s value equal to or above Rs.2500/-
Customs And International Shipping
All of Unimakers orders are shipped from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via FEDEX/BLUEDART/DELHIVERY/ECOM.
For International Customers Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.

Important Note: "Unimakers" shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, etc.
