How to Use Store Credits:

Store credit is a payment option you can select at checkout -

Instant Store Credit:

We've made it simple! Your store credits are added to your account based on your payment method:

• For Prepaid Orders: Store credits are instantly reflected in your account upon successful payment
• For COD Orders: Credits appear in your account once the payment is successfully received and processed.

Store Credit Expiry:

• Please note that store credits have an expiry period of 60 days from the date they are credited to your account.
  
• We encourage you to keep track of your store credits and use them before they expire.

Cancellation and Return Policies:

• If you cancel an order for which store credits were used, those credits will lapse and not be refunded to your account.
• If you return an item and your money is refunded, the store credits used for that particular order will be reinstated to your account, allowing you to use them for future orders.
