UM - Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We have no control over local customs procedures and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Please take a look at the estimated shipping times below:

a) USA: 10-35 Business Days

b) Rest of World: 20-60 Business Days

Shipping times have been affected by COVID-19. Please rest assured that we will do our best to process and deliver your order as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and partners and are taking preventive measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Delayed delivery. Packages can on rare occasions take longer than the expected timeframe. We are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur in transit and seek your understanding and patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for over 30-60 business days, we will ship a new package out to you.

Please note that delays can be more likely to occur during the busier year-end holiday seasons.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Processing times are different from shipping times and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be checked, packaged, sent to logistics and then to the post office. After your order has been processed, your package will then be collected by our shipping company for dispatch. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address as your order may have already been processed. 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or incomplete address. 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding these fees. Customs agents can delay the delivery of some packages.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers or warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
